This hand-crafted vinegar is made from our Nero di Troia wine and fermented in our wine cellar dating back to the 1700s.
It has an exceptionally rich and bright flavor.

With a 6.5% acidity, it's slightly tangier than your normal vinegar. So you can use a little less in your recipes, especially when making vinaigrettes.
