I’ve tried 4 lemon infused olive oils now and this one let me down a little. I don’t taste the zest essence nearly as much as others to the point that I’ve been using that as a regular olive oil for most things as opposed to a special flavor addition. I bought two because I heard so highly of it, so I guess it’s fine that I have a supply of olive oil either way.
I will say the oil itself is great, smooth, and the type of overall olive oil taste I enjoy. I just wish it had more of that lemon aftertaste and zing that I’ve come to expect from others out there.
