This hand-crafted vinegar is made from our Nero di Troia wine and fermented in our wine cellar dating back to the 1700s.
It has an exceptionally rich and bright flavor.
Use it on salads or grilled vegetables or in your favorite glaze, marinade, or other recipes to add a tangy, robust flavor to all your dishes.
With a 6.5% acidity, it's slightly tangier than your normal vinegar. So you can use a little less in your recipes, especially when making vinaigrettes.
