So happy its back in stock. This salt is superb to use when making a crust on red meat. Our family & guests have raved about it. We’ve all looked high and low for something comparable & nothing comes close. I’m so excited to stock my shelf.

Lightly steamed asparagus, a drizzle of Cappelli Olive Oil and a dash of Red Wine Sea Salt. Perfecto!

I purchased this on a whim along with the 3L tin of olive oil. First off it is not overpowering with a light scent of red wine. It definitely has the sea salt taste which I prefer over regular table salt. I now use it for everything I cook (including Vinnie Tortorich's favorite cereal Bacon and Eggs). I would buy this again there is nothing I don't like about it. I am certainly not a gourmet cook or food snob, but I think it adds something extra to the flavor of what I make.
