Everything you need to create a quick, delicious, healthy bowl of pasta in minutes.  Our organic pasta is made from a variety of grain called "Senator Cappelli." No, we didn't name it. Yes, that's really the grain's name.  On the verge of extinction, some farmers from Puglia saved the grain.  It is ground in traditional stone mills to a very specific consistency that makes the pasta very easy to digest.  While not gluten-free, studies have shown that those with gluten intolerance can enjoy this pasta, and it's great for diabetics for the same reason.  Best of all, it's certified organic!  Combine that with our Spaghettata mix and our delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and you've not a healthy bowl of pasta in just minutes!  Add in some grilled chicken, shrimp or veggies and you've not a complete meal!
